We just noticed on one of our forms that the conditional logic we have set up does not display on a mobile device. We embed the forms into our CMS, rather than link directly to the form (which I know there is a mobile URL for). Is there a way to fix this, so that we can still use an embed script, but have the conditional logic display on mobile versions?

How do you undo a deletion from i.e. 4 hours ago as the current list only goes back 1 hour.

Please advise if we can still go back to an older form that we unintentionally deleted. This would save us oodles of time to recreate!

Can we receive via email on on the formstack site the completed forms in its original design as when filled out online?

1. for example today my dashboard shows me I have 78 total views but only lists the top 3 forms viewed. I want to know what all those FORMS VIEWS Are not just the top 3

shows " SUBMISSIONS" today and total submissions. I would like to be able to see submissions for the past week, month all time and click on them to see what they were. Also for TOTAL submissions I would like to be able to CLICK and search those

Can we get a "keep me logged in" checkbox on the login page? I'd like to not have to login everytime I come back to the site, in the same browser. Thanks!

Basically, if I want to accept signups for an event, however the list of events is updated all the time, it would be great if I could have the list in the dropdown update too.

Most people handling enrolments will have a list of upcoming events stored somewhere - a database, a gogole docs spreadsheet, their website etc. Integration with any or all of these things would allow much more efficient use of your forms.

It should be possible to attach files to emails.

Emal templates are horrible.. they dont work .. its a mess . why is there no templates. editing is a nightmare nothing ever looks the way its supposed to look. i think ill switch to another service

I have developed lists in Constant Contact that I would like to have my subscribers have the option to select when signing up.

Currently, in the selection menu, under "Field" i can find only the Email address option.

Your service feels broken, and not something I want to pay for. Why would I pay for a service that says I can "chat" but that doesn't actually have a human OR machine at the other end? I'm going to suggest that Constant Contact dump you.

I have an order form with 4 items (ticket sales) for an annual event. Discounts are offered on selected tickets but not all and it would be easier to be able to disignate a dicount code to a specific item so as it is only applied to that item. This would be better than having to set up a seperate form as the dicount code can only be applied to the total.

Is it possible to have Formstack re-submit a payment that doesn't go through for whatever reason? For example, I forgot to take my form out of test mode, someone completed the form, I had to manually charge them (not a problem). It would have been nice to just click a button through Formstack to push the payment again, in the same way we can push the Apps (i.e. tweeting out form submission updates after the fact).

We use Formstack for juried art exhibitions where artists can upload their entries. We ask them to limit their images to a certain size but many do not. If Formstack had an option while we built the form to limit the size of file uploads, it would make our lives exponentially better!

30 days or so of detailed info of when the account was last accessed, user name and IP address. Good for keeping administrative track of collaborators.

I use FS for the construct of a custom clothing order form - one of the options is for fabric color - we have over 40 to choose from, and accessories - another 40 options- so it's important that the intuitive ability to click the color on the form is there. Unfortunately there is no support for images in the radial button field so we have had to instead use a drop down field with a swatch embeded area.

It's just not that intuitive for our customers. Especially mobile users and that's a big plus for our business.
